The Company is also very aware of the environment in which we all live and breathe and to this end use recycled materials wherever possible in the production of its products.

Originally founded in 1961 with the invention of the famous Rainbow Buckle Tree Tie the Company now operates from its 8000m2 site in East Yorkshire and produces a full range of products including the Rainbow Tree Spiral Guards, Defender Tree Shelters, Buckle Tree Ties, Chainlock and EasyFix strapping with cushions for trees, to the ground stabilisation systems of Rite Pave and Hexapath. For the horticultural sector of the market the Company has a wide range of plant and bed labels with a variety of different plant labelling options. The product portfolio also continues with a full range of metal Tree Protectors suitable for both urban and countryside environments. Rainbow also handles the distribution of the highly regarded Rite Edge and Rite L Edge aluminium landscape edging systems for soft and hard landscaping needs.

Rainbow is very proud of its green credentials with their motto of �shaping your environment� at the heart of all product innovation and development, it prides itself on using 100% recycled plastics in the production of the Tree Spiral Guards, so saving re-usable plastics ending in land-fill sites. With this environmentally friendly ethos the Company now launches a new fully bio-degradable Tree Shelter for the forestry sector.

The Company is still a privately owned family business supplying its products not only in the UK but exports to over 30 different countries worldwide.
